Shannon is a Holistic Nutritionist & Health Coach who specializes in helping women optimize
their fertility by implementing a “whole-body health” approach. Fertility is not only governed by
our reproductive organs- it is a delicate balance between all systems in the body. You may not
think about blood sugar & hormonal control, gut health and liver support when you think about
improving your chances at getting pregnant, but these are some of the foundations of fertility!
She has first hand experience in struggling to get pregnant and in pregnancy loss. Her fertility
journey through the conventional medical system lasted for 3 years until she finally welcomed a
beautiful baby girl into the world in 2024. It was because she experienced the disconnect
between traditional medicine and true body healing, that she found Holistic Nutrition and started
to use food as medicine for herself. This sparked a passion for nutrition in her, a passion that
she is now excited to offer to other women throughout their fertility journey and into motherhood.
The foods we eat provide the literal building blocks for our bodies.
Shannon’s goal is to educate and empower women to fuel themselves with the right balance of nutrients. In doing so you provide your own body what it needs to feel safe & fertile, and your future (or growing!) baby
with the nourishment they need to thrive!
