Shannon is a Movement and Meditation Guide and Workshop Facilitator at Flourishing Families, dedicated to helping individuals—especially neurodivergent folks like herself—challenge feelings of unworthiness and cultivate the confidence to build a life they don’t feel the need to escape from.
