Join us for a heartfelt and creative Mother’s Day workshop, where you’ll design and create a meaningful keepsake necklace that honours your unique motherhood journey.
This intimate, hands-on experience will be hosted by creator and founder, Skyla Girdwood of Milkstone Creations, who will guide you through the process of crafting your own custom piece.
You’ll create a resin pendant using a stainless steel setting and chain (included, $130 value) - a beautiful and accessible option designed specifically for this workshop.
You’ll have the opportunity to incorporate deeply personal elements such as breastmilk (submitted in advance for processing*), baby hair, clothing, umbilical cord, pregnancy tests, or other sentimental items, preserving them in a one-of-a-kind piece you can carry with you.
This is more than a workshop - it’s a space to pause, reflect, and connect. Together, we’ll enjoy an afternoon of creating, sharing, and gentle connection, with light refreshments provided in a warm and supportive environment.

*Please Note: Participants wishing to include breastmilk in their pendant must drop off their milk to the Flourishing Families clinic by Monday, May 11th. Skyla will process the milk prior to the workshop and bring the prepared product for jewelry making.
