Lorri's love for yoga began in 2007 while searching for a way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. As she found the rhythm of a daily practice so supportive in her own life, she became a 200 hr Yoga Teacher in 2011, and obtained her certification as a Yoga Therapist in 2023. She continues to study and has focused training on the area of women’s health, including the peri-menopause / menopause transition, TBI, chronic pain and MKS injury, breast cancer, long CoVid syndrome, as well as stress and burnout.
