This comprehensive course is designed to equip new and expectant parents with the knowledge and confidence to successfully breastfeed. Whether you're a first-time parent or looking for a refresher, this course covers essential breastfeeding techniques, common challenges, and expert tips to ensure a smooth feeding journey for you and your baby.
You'll learn how to achieve a proper latch, recognize signs that your baby is getting enough milk, safely pump and store breast milk, and everything in between! Partners or support persons are welcome to join to help prepare your postpartum support team.
