Holistic Hatha Yoga teacher and Reiki Master. When we are feeling aligned, life flows and
allows us to be more open to change, to grow and heal. I am passionate about offering meditative practices and workshops that work with the energy body connecting our mind, with the breath and the body. By understanding our bodies better we can become more flexible, stronger, more balanced and focused. In honoring the ancient practice of Yoga daily, through movement, breathwork, mantra and meditation. I also like to draw on the wisdom of Maramataka; a Calendar based on the daily Lunar phases used by my ancestors, the New Zealand Māori . Using the Maramataka we can bring a new awareness to your Yoga practice and your wellbeing that integrates and supports your energy body whether in abundance or depletion. I believe yoga is for everyBODY and I am excited to share these teachings with you and invite all students, whether you’re stepping on your mat for the first time or changing up your practice, to join me, and discover how Patanjali’s 8 limbs of Yoga can benefit you every day!
